At your first appointment we will review your complete medical history and discuss in detail your general health as well as your specific reasons for coming to us. We encourage all new patients to submit Registration Forms prior to your appointment in order to expedite your check-in process and shorten your wait time. Please CLICK HERE to submit your Registration Forms electronically prior to your visit.

Sometimes during an appointment, unexpected problems or concerns may become apparent. We strive to help resolve these issues the same day of your appointment. This, however, can make the providers run behind. If you are the next patient, your wait could be a bit longer than anticipated. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please be assured that this delay will not affect the quality of your care. Your appointment will not be short changed because of the delay. If you have a time concern, please notify the receptionist or medical assistant upon your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

We encourage you to call us if you have any questions, concerns or problems. Occasionally, your concern is too complicated to take place over the phone; in this case we will ask you to make an appointment so that we can better discuss your needs.


True emergencies will be handled immediately; please let us know immediately if you are ill and are planning to go to the emergency room.


Regarding phone calls, we strive to return phone calls as soon as possible; however, our providers and nurses are seeing patients during the day so your call may not be returned until the end of the day. Our goal is to return all voicemails the same business day they are received. Please assist us by giving us multiple phone numbers to reach you.
